Please join us for a fabulous tasting of Frank Family Wines paired with Chef Richardís Spring inspired dishes on Thursday, May 1st at 7pm. Frank Family was named 2012 Winery of the Year by Connoisseurís Guide to California and consistently receives high marks by Robert Parker for their wines. Spring Menu Launch

It is always exciting to welcome a new season as a chef, looking forward to warmer weather, longer days and a bounty of new products hitting the local markets. With the change in the season we are having some fun here at BLVD 16 creating ways to bring this excitement to all of our menus. We are giving the menus a new look, having fun with local spring ingredients as well as reworking our daily chef whims.

Starting with our new Finger Foods menu section, a 3 cheese fondue will be making an appearance served with our local artisan breads from Rockenwagner bakery, our charcuterie section featuring house made rillettes, pickles will be a fun addition as well. Other ingredients we are excited about are local strawberries which we will be using in our Baby Green Salad with almonds, fennel and our version of green goddess. Some other fun ingredients are baby spring onions, stinging nettles, and heirloom potatoes which we are serving with our pan roasted pork chop. Did we catch your attention with our chefs whims? If so you are not alone as these daily changing items have quickly become some of our guestsí favorites.

This upcoming menu change we are really mixing them up and on certain days, items such as Tuesdays Mac-n-cheese, throw back Thursdays, Fridays fried chicken and prime rib Sundays will sure to be a hit. Donít just take our word for it, stop in, grab a table and enjoy.
